With the holidays over and sobriety and stability slowing, grudgingly returning, I thought I would take a minute to update you on the state of ConDFW’s programming. Panels, of course, remain our focus. Old favorites remain and hopefully we’ll have a few that surprise you. The sci-fi spelling bee is back. And if you think you can win this year by merely knowing simple words like “Kashyyyk”, “Yggdrasil” or “Mxyzptlk”, you got another thing coming.
We are also featuring some brand new programming this year. Friday night we will host a late night double feature of two of the worst movies we can find hosted by a quasi-celebrity panel to thoroughly, brutally MST3K them into the ground. We call it “Talking during the Movie”. Audience participation is encouraged nay demanded.
