ConDFW offers advertising space in our program book for your convention, bookstore, or other related business. Our digest-sized (5″ x 8″) program book has room for either full-page or half-page, black and white (not grayscale) advertisements. Our rates are as follows:
- Full Page (8.5″ x 5.5″): $60.00
- Half Page (5″ x 4″): $40.00
Please include a 1/4 inch margin around submitted advertisements in the dimensions.
As a special incentive for attending dealers, we will be offering advertisement space in the program book at half price!
ConDFW does not have space on either the back cover or the inside covers for advertisements. Only high-resolution .JPEG, .JPG, or .TIFF files will be accepted. The deadline for submitting advertisements for the ConDFW 2008 program book is February 17, 2008.
