In consideration of the winter weather conditions, artists will be permitted an additional hour to hang their work. Walk-ins will be permitted as early as 10am and we will open to the public for viewing from 3-8pm on Friday. Any artists unable to attend or are delayed longer should email the Art Director at sandra (at) kochenower (at) gmail (dot) com
Although Dallas-Fort Worth is blanketed under a whole three inches of snow on Thursday, ConDFW WILL be held as scheduled regardless of the weather. Plane tickets are bought, t-shirts are in, program books are printed, and your badges await.
If you choose not to make the trip to Dallas for the convention, we understand. However, please understand that no refunds will be issued for memberships, art show space, dealer tables, or program book ads. We have all made our commitments and must see them through!

Registration: Friday 12pm-9pm. Saturday 9am-6:30pm, Sunday 9am-3:30pm
Dealer’s Room: Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 10am-4pm
Art Show: Friday 2pm-8pm, Saturday 11am-6pm (Auction at 8pm), Sunday 11am-4pm
Consuite: Friday 5pm-10pm, Saturday 9am-10pm, Sunday 9am-4pm
Programming: Friday 3pm-Midnight, Saturday 9am-Midnight, Sunday 9am-4pm
