Kerry Tolan is a new writer from Pflugerville, Texas who was chosen by independant small press Champagne Books to lead their foray into the science fiction genre. A software programmer and combat veteran, Kerry has published two novels – “Blade Dancer” (recently named a finalist for the an Eppie) and “Waiting Weapon”, and is currently working on his third novel.
