The Crowne Plaza Suites Dallas Park Central is an award winning, all-suite atrium style luxury hotel located at the Northwest corner of LBJ Freeway (I-635) and Coit Road.
The room block for ConDFW is now available! The special convention rate is only $99 per night for up to four guests in a double/double or king room. What makes this rate extra-special is all rooms are full 2-room suites with separate bedroom and parlor room with fold-out sofa, a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, and microwave, a bathroom, and free wireless-high speed internet access.
Don't forget, even if you live locally, there are many good reasons to reserve yourself a hotel room. You can enjoy the convention into the wee hours and not have to worry about driving home. Its more convienent, gives you a place to store your treasures from the dealers' room, and offers you a place for that perfect nap. Lastly, it helps support the convention. Every room-night sold helps us reduce the cost of the convention space.
To make your reservations, you have two options:
- Direct to Crowne Plaza Suites: 972-233-7600, option 2, please reference group code CON for a quiet room, or CAC for an ACTIVE room.
- Hotel Website – www.cpdallas.com, Click on "Reservations" and enter their arrival and departure information. Then click on the "Corporate/Group" field. Under Group Code enter "CON" and click "Check Availability". (Or for an ACTIVE room, enter code "CAC".)
The cutoff date for reservations is Tuesday, January 19, 2010.

Please note: All common areas of the hotel are non-smoking. However, the hotel does have some smoking sleep rooms available.
When you make your room reservation, please be sure to request a room on the ACTIVE floor if you plan to get rowdy. :) We do have an ACTIVE floor designation this year, but they won't know to put you there if you don't request it!
