We’ve just posted the hours for Friday-Sunday on the website. Find them under “Convention Hours” in the menu on the side, or just by clicking here.

Pre-registration for the convention is now closed. Memberships can be purchased at the door – 3-day memberships will be $35 adult/$15 child and one-day memberships will be $20 adult/$10 child.

Patrice Sarath
Patrice Sarath is an Austin-based author. Her fantasy novel, Gordath Wood, was released in 2008 from Ace Fantasy, an imprint of Penguin, and the sequel, Red Gold Bridge, came out in 2009. Her novel The Unexpected Miss Bennet, a sequel to Pride & Prejudice, came out in 2011 from Robert Hale Ltd. and Penguin Berkley. Patrice’s short stories have appeared in Weird Tales, Black Gate, Realms of Fantasy, Alfred Hitchcock Mystery Magazine, Year’s Best Fantasy 3, and other magazines and anthologies.

Scott Cupp is an award-winning short story writer from San Antonio. He frequently writes about the West with absurdist situations. Richard D. Weber was formerly Special Agent in Charge of Dignitary Protection with the U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service. He protected the late Princess Diana and Prince Charles, the Secretary of State, The Prime Minister of Israel, and Saudi Arabia’s and Jordan’s ambassadors to name but a few. He’s a graduate of University of Wisconsin and a member of HWA and MWA.
Weber currently resides in the DFW Metroplex where he has just completed a new novel, ELVIS AND ME, and is putting the finishing touches on his euro-thriller screenplay THE SAMPSON PROJECT. His current novel, PROTOCOL-17: A CONSPIRACY THRILLER, is a Bram Stoker Award recommended work and has enjoyed top-seller ranking. Another codebreaker book entitled THE VOYNICH MANUSCRIPT might be out later this year. Also, his thriller Solomon’s Key: the CODIS Project has now been published in 11 languages.
Among other things, Weber has interviewed such notables as Doug Clegg and Tom Piccirilli for publication. He has edited and written for a new anthology, THE BLACK SPIRAL: TWISTED TALES OF TERROR. Some of his feature stories have appeared in BLACK OCTOBER and CTHULHU SEX 17 Vol.II with his latest offering, “Manhunter,” released in MIDNIGHT POSSE.
Mr. Weber was a featured interviewee on the Discovery Channel two hour special HUNTING THE LOST SYMBOL. Since his novel Solomon’s Key: the CODIS Project dealt with similar issues covered in Dan Brown’s new novel such as Freemasonry, the occult history of Washington D.C. and conspiracies within conspiracies , the producers tapped him as a main source of background.
Mr. Weber’s latest book the Voynich Project drops in March 2010. It has already been published in 5 languages and more sales are expected.

National Best Selling Author, Taylor Anderson is the author of the acclaimed “Destroyermen” series (Penguin/ROC). As a sailor, he is conversant in the capricious vagaries of the weather and the sea and as a historian, he is trained to research what he cannot experience first-hand. He loves old music, old trucks, old guns, and old dogs but would give everything to go into space.
He lives in Texas with his wife Christine, his daughter Rebecca, and his Golden Retriever, High-Top Brass Tacitus, or “Tass” for short.
