ConDFW XI is now taking submissions for advertisements for our Program Book. We would love to have your convention, organization, business, or even your family put something in our book, be it an ad for your very cool Star Trek convention, your board gaming club, or just birthday wishes for someone attending. Whatever it is you have to say, we will make sure that each and every attendee who gets a Program Book will see it!

We have several sizes of open space available, at a variety of rates, as detailed in the table below. Our deadline for submissions for the Program Book will be 11:59 p.m. on January 29, 2012, so don’t be late!

Advertisements must be in .GIF, .JPG, .JPEG, or .PDF format. All advertisements should have a marging of ¼” to ensure no cropping will occur.
