ConDFW XIII is now taking submissions for advertisements for our program book. We would love to have your convention, organization, business, or even your family put something in our book, be it an ad for your very cool Star Trek convention, your board gaming club, or just birthday wishes for someone attending. Whatever it is you have to say, we will make sure that each and every attendee who gets a Program Book will see it!
We have several sizes of open space available, at a variety of rates, as detailed in the table below. If you’re interested in purchasing advertising space in our Program Book or have any questions, please contact Stephanie at firstname.lastname@example.org.

- Print-size resolution: 300 ppi at your final dimensions.
- .GIF, .JPG, .TIF, .PNG, or .PDF. (.jpg discouraged, as it is a lossy compression)
- If it’s a PDF, all fonts and images must be embedded.
Dimensions and page bleed:
We do not offer a bleed (text or images that reach the edges of the paper). The dimensions given in the chart above account for a 1/4″ margin (in other words, an 8″ x 5″ ad will fit on an 8.5″ x 5.5″ page).
If you give us an ad that does not fit into the space, we may have to resize it and cannot be responsible for any distortion that may occur. Please contact Stephanie at email@example.com if you are unsure: I can create a simple template for you to drop your images and text into if you need one.
NEW: If you do not wish to make your own ad, we will put it together for you for an extra $25 (plus $5/change for more than 2 revisions). Let us know the size you want, the text you would like on it, and supply us with any artwork you’d like to use (please be sure you own the copyright or please show us permission from the copyright holder–if it’s purchased clipart, the receipt is proof enough). We’ll put it together for you and send it to you for approval. DEADLINE FOR THIS SERVICE: Book it by the end of Sunday January 5th, 2014. Payment is requested after you approve the final ad. If we do not receive payment, the ad will not run in the program book.

Note: you still need to get your ad to us by the end of Sunday, January 5th 2014 for it to be able to run in the program book. (Policy on getting hold of your ad: If you don’t get your ad in by the deadline, I will make a good-faith effort to contact you twice, but if you don’t answer your email, I will consider the deal cancelled rather than invest more effort into trying to get the ad from you. If you decide to cancel it yourself, please let me know as soon as you decide–I need to know so I can plan out space in the book! Thank you!)
