Angeline Hawkes

Angeline Hawkes received a B.A. in Composite English Language Arts in 1991 from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She has publication credits dating from 1981.  Angeline's collection, The Commandments, received a 2006 Bram Stoker Award nomination. Her story,  In Waters Black the Lost Ones Sleep, is featured in the 2007 Origins Award nominated anthology, Frontier Cthulhu from Chaosium. Shades of Blood and Shadow, a horror collection, will be available in August 2009 from Dark Regions Press, followed by Inferno: Tales of Hell and Horror in 2010.  Daverana Enterprises published Angeline's collection, Symphony for the Forgotten in early 2009. Bad Moon Books will publish Out of the Garden and Other Tales of the Barbarian Kabar of El Hazzar, a novel-length compilation of her barbarian series, in 2011. Christopher Fulbright (fellow guest and Angeline's husband) and Angeline will see publication of their novella, Black Mercy Falls, by Bloodletting Press in 2010. Angeline has seen the publication of a novel, novellas, collections, fiction in 35+ anthologies, and over 100 short fiction publications.  She is an active member of HWA and the Robert E. Howard UPA [REHupa].
